Admissions Online

Thank you for your interest in St. Croix Montessori School!

STEP ONE: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.

STEP TWO: START APPLICATION

Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

STEP THREE:  REVIEW AND SUBMIT APPLICATIONS

There will be a green check next to each section once it is completed fully.  A yellow triangle or red mark indicates something is missing

Once all required fields of the online application are complete, you must select "Review and Submit."  You will then be instructed to pay a $30.00 application fee.

STEP FOUR: REQUEST AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Please be sure that all required documents are uploaded to complete your child's application: Report Card and Teacher Recommendation if your child is currently enrolled in a school.

STEP FIVE: INTERVIEW WITH PROGRAM DIRECTOR

When we have received the completed application and required documents, the Education Director will review, and schedule an interview. If you live on island, this might be in person after school, if you are off-island, it will be a virtual interview.

It is a Montessori admissions protocol to have interested families visit a classroom.

We appreciate your interest!  Don't hesitate to  contact the office if you have any questions (340-718-2859).
